Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing workflows
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Provide financial insights to support business growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems with emphasis on data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (including VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
