Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct tax planning and compliance for S-Corporations and Partnerships
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Mentor junior accountants and review team deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA license required (or actively pursuing)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Intacct platforms
- Advanced knowledge of tax regulations and IRS compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and client management skills
