Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or active CPA candidate preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership in cross-functional financial projects
