Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and budget forecasting
- Implement internal controls and process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, GAAP, and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience with multi-state tax filings and audit procedures
