Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Florida state tax regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in Florida
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Florida tax laws and compliance requirements
