- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for corporate and non-profit clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Lead tax preparation for S-Corps, partnerships, and multi-state entities
- Maintain client relationships through proactive financial consultations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience in a CPA firm
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-client portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
