Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare complex financial statements adhering to GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Proven audit experience with Big 4 or mid-tier firms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
