Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Conduct forensic audits and internal control assessments
- Develop and optimize financial models for business forecasting
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and international accounting standards
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional teams
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and tax compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in audit preparation and financial analysis
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
