- Manage complex reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with tax department on quarterly filings and year-end audits
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices and system proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and SAP
- Proven track record in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
