Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Lead financial statement preparation for C-suite stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll operations
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and budget forecasting
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and Excel
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance documentation
- Mentor junior accounting staff through quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
