Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse clients, including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with GAAP compliance
- Lead tax preparation processes for corporate and individual clients
- Implement internal controls and process improvements using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Conduct financial audits and provide strategic consulting to clients
- Mentor junior accountants and oversee team workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of Florida tax regulations and FASB standards
- Proven track record of managing client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
