- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for 500+ transactions monthly
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage tax preparation processes and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public or private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting systems (NetSuite a plus)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
