- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training framework
- Optimize accounting workflows using NetSuite and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP implementation a plus)
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting accuracy
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Houston-based tax compliance knowledge
