Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll systems
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with state/federal tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
