Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes with precision
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax filings
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
