Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 500+ transactions monthly
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls for audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Lead process improvement initiatives using ERP systems
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 3+ years progressive experience
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA macros)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in tech/startup finance environments
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
