- Develop and implement streamlined accounting workflows using advanced ERP systems
- Provide strategic financial analysis and forecasting for C-suite decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and oversee quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and cost optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, SAP, and Excel with Power Query
- Proven track record in process improvement and financial system implementation
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities for presenting complex financial concepts
