Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and optimize internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with audit teams during financial examinations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel modeling for financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance expertise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Remote work experience with proven self-management
- Ability to travel quarterly to Fresno office for team meetings
