Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation
- Proficient with accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
