Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal audit protocols
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support strategic planning
- Implement process improvements for accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
