- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for 100+ vendor relationships
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and variance analysis
- Streamline accounting workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, and Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven track record in financial reporting and process optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail

- Experience with fintech or SaaS industry accounting a plus
