As a key member of our finance department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely closing of monthly/quarterly cycles.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax filings, maintaining strict adherence to GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, managing vendor relations and cash flow management.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
- Proven proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
