Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse portfolio of clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Conduct tax planning and compliance reviews
- Lead audits and coordinate with external stakeholders
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of Florida tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
