Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with commentary for executive review
- Lead month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and prepare supporting documentation
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations (PA-specific knowledge a plus)
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions and consolidations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
