Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Collaborate with tax specialists for quarterly filings
- Maintain QuickBooks and ERP system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing (required)
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven financial statement analysis and audit experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
