Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders and investors
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and maintain robust internal controls
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business growth
- Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance and financial audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for remote stakeholder engagement
- Experience in FinTech or SaaS industry preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
