Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ corporate clients including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and audit documentation
- Implement and optimize internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and SAP for financial reporting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate experience
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP, tax regulations, and auditing standards
- Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication for client reporting and team collaboration
