Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with tax specialists on compliance and optimization strategies
- Maintain accurate client accounting records using QuickBooks Online and Xero
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with Seattle-based firms
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, FASB standards, and Washington state tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SaaS/tech industry accounting preferred
