Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with audit-ready documentation
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for diverse industry clients
- Manage client tax compliance filings and IRS correspondence
- Train junior staff on accounting software and best practices
- Collaborate with CFOs to optimize cash flow and profitability strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years public/private experience
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
