Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 50+ client portfolios including AR/AP/GL
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax season
- Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Mentor junior accountants and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years progressive experience
- CPA or active pursuit required
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and advanced Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Remote work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
