- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual reviews
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of California tax laws
