Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders and external auditors
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead tax preparation and filing processes for corporate entities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and auditing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
