Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliations
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for client portfolios
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems like NetSuite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
