Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll reconciliation
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations and variance analysis for multi-entity portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX requirements, and industry-specific regulations
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or similar cloud accounting platforms
- Expert knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit preparation
