Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Lead tax compliance initiatives and strategic tax planning
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial risk mitigation
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle a plus)
