Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and Pennsylvania state tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with audit teams during external reviews and internal assessments
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
