- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and improve cash flow management
- Collaborate with audit teams and manage internal controls documentation
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate general ledger and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience managing month-end closing processes
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
