Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate cash flow management
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage 100, and Excel advanced functions
- Strong knowledge of Nevada tax laws and multi-state compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
