Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Collaborate with audit teams during examinations
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and regulatory reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing accounting teams
