Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure accurate month-end closing
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow
- Assist with internal audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in fintech or tech industry highly valued
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
