- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance efforts
- Develop detailed budgets and forecasts for departmental heads
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Streamline accounting workflows using ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and corporate tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel modeling
- Proven track record with multi-entity accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
