Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and cost analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA/Power BI a plus)
- Proven track record of leading month-end close processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
