Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes for diverse client portfolios
- Lead account reconciliations for complex balance sheet accounts
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with tax teams on provision calculations and compliance filings
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and supporting schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite ERP
- Deep understanding of GAAP and NY state tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting
