Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist with audits and maintain compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with department heads on budget preparation and cost control
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Ohio state tax regulations
