- Collaborate with audit teams and manage tax preparation documentation
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Oracle/NetSuite)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
