Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including reconciliations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with vendor/client communication
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate tax filings
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial integrity
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with financial reporting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
