Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead audit preparation processes and respond to financial inquiries from stakeholders
- Maintain accurate financial records using industry-standard accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., Sage 100)
- Expertise in GAAP principles and tax compliance regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial reporting for multi-entity organizations
