Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize financial records for 15+ high-growth clients
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and monthly reports
- Lead tax preparation and strategic tax planning initiatives
- Implement and improve internal controls for financial operations
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations
- Mentor junior accountants on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven track record in financial reporting
