Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Analyze variance reports and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budgeting
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proven experience with financial analysis tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
