Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for UK and international entities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with UK tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with Florida team on cross-border financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CACA qualified preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in multinational firms
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Xero)
- Expert knowledge of UK GAAP and international financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing cross-border financial operations
- Proven ability to lead audit processes and regulatory compliance
